Student Film Projects
Description:
The project IGERT: Marine Biodiversity – Understanding Threats and Providing Solutions, requires trainees to attend a 10 week summer training program. The course includes a three day exercise in communications resulting in the production of several short films. Since, 2005 Randy Olson (films: Flock of Dodo’s and Sizzle and author of "Don’t be SUCH a Scientist) conducts the training along with Tyler Carlisle from Shifting Baselines. All films are posted on the Shifting Baselines website.
