Demography and Network Differentiation
Description:
Network structures can be impacted fundamentally impacted by demographic processes. This research uses empirically grounded agent based modeling methods to show how slight variations in demographic history can create substantial differences in kinship networks. Results were validated against a set of real world cases and robust to sensitivity checks.
