Left figure shows the Angle of Repose (AOR) of uncoated and nano-coated acetaminophen (APAP) at various levels of nano-additives. It is seen that coating done via MAIC using 0.5 % by weight nano-silica gives the lowest AOR value, hence best flow property. The figure on right shows vibrated packed density of blend of 75 % APAP. The nano-coated APAP blend shows higher values of packing density as a function of applied vibration, indicating that nano-coated blends pack better and hence flow better.
