Simulated Fluorescence Images of Microtubules with Various Noise Levels
Several numerically generated simulations of fluorescence images with various levels of noise. This was used to benchmark the robustness of the algorithms we designed. The types of noise were chosen to mimic experimental conditions seen in the laboratory data.
