Achievement

Our Extended Colloquium Series began with three speakers this Spring. Before each speaker's visit, IGERT trainees met and discussed a paper recommended by the speaker to prepare them for the visit. After the speaker's talk, trainees had exclusive access to the speaker for more detailed discussion. In addition, trainees met informally with each speaker over lunch for general discussion of career paths and professional advice.
