Achievement

We held our first annual IGERT Research Showcase, during which trainees presented posters describing their research over the past year. The event was open not only to IGERT faculty, but all university faculty and students as well as the general public. This event allowed IGERT participants to find out more about each other's work, gave the trainees practice is describing their work to a diverse audience, and introduced the broader community to our IGERT program.
