Assessment of FlyBase
IGERT fellows from the School of Information and the Department of Bioinformatics are launching an assessment of community tagging and annotation of FlyBase, an online database containing biological and, more specifically, genomic information on Drosophila melanogaster (fruit fly) and other Drosophilid species.
Students have started these projects, but there are no results to report yet.
