Trainees start advanced imaging technique company
Daniel Feldkhun (Prof. Wagner's group) and Eric Moore (Prof. McLeod group), advanced IGERT students in the final stages of their PhD studies, started a company focused on advanced imaging techniques. Their new company, Chiaro Technologies, had a successful launch obtaining grants from NASA and NSF SBIR to develop the 3D imaging capabilities of a Mars explorer and other 3D imaging applications based on structured illumination and compressive sensing.
