Achievement

Through the integration of policy into the IGERT curriculum, one Fellow (Odon Musimbi) and two soon-to-be Fellows (Nathan Toohey and Shawn Kimmel) have had the opportunity and the guidance to research the landscape of policy surrounding technological innovation in highway construction. Furthermore, with the training received in our courses, we have initiated further research into how policy could be altered to better stimulate technological innovation.
