Achievement

Through the INCBN IGERT, Andy Maloney has been able to attend the Biophysical Society Meeting held in San Francisco, where he presented a poster. By going to this conference, he was able to network with others in his field of research, as well as to learn about recent advances directly pertaining to his research. Also, with the INCBN IGERT seminars, he has been able to network with Los Alamos National Laboratory scientists at the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) who were invited as seminar speakers. This opportunity has lead to a very successful collaboration with Dr. Haiqing Liu and Dr. Gabriel Montano at CINT.
