Achievement

Trainees are given opportunities to present research findings outside of the IGERT group. Eleven out of twelve of the Northeastern University trainees have presented posters at research forums within the institution. This includes all five trainees in their first year of the PhD program. These forums include the annual Research Expo held annually at Northeastern and the annual industrial research workshops for the Center for Digital Signal Processing and Gordon-CenSSIS (Center for Subsurface Sensing and Imaging Systems).
