Development of a new type of crossbar NASIC
Michael Leuchtenburg was involved in the development of a new type of crossbar Nanoscale Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (NASIC) circuit which was designed and simulated using only one type of field effect transistor. This new circuit style simplifies manufacturing by removing the need for dissimilar nanowires. This work was awarded the Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Symposium on VSLI 2008.
