Pace of publications increases
As a group, the pace of trainee publications continues to increase. Publications in refereed journals have increased over the past four reporting periods with one publication during 2007-2008, four publications in 2008-2009, six publications in 2009-2010 and five publications in 2010-2011. These data are based on publications in which a trainee is either first or second author and demonstrate a strong trend in the education and maturation of trainees in our IGERT program.
