Achievement

After considerable reflection by the CIIP faculty, students, and our external evaluator, we have identified five exceptional achievements of the pedagogical model we developed in CIIP. Three of these will be noted in this section of our final annual report.

OUR TRAINEES HAVE AN EXPANDED AWARENESS OF THE COMPLEXITY AND VALUE OF OTHER DISCIPLINES. THEY RESPECT OTHER POINTS OF VIEW. Student experience and expertise grew beyond their disciplinary borders by participating in projects and activities in different disciplines and on a variety of issues. They were encouraged to foray into scholarly realms outside their previous experience and were supported by faculty and peers.
