COMMUNICATION. Our trainees report developing enhanced abilities and confidence in: interpersonal, small group, and large group communication; conflict resolution; and communication across cultures, values, and disciplines. In their opinion, they would not have learned these skills outside the CIIP program and strongly feel that their new communication skills will help them in their future interdisciplinary research endeavors.
