Achievement

Intercultural and international collaboration opportunities have been made available to M-EID Trainees through interaction amongst M-EID participants, interaction with visiting scholars, and travel support funding for Trainees to engage in international collaboration and meetings. These first-hand experiences support the trainees' communication skills and confidence in their ability to collaborate across disciplines, cultures and countries. These opportunities have also helped the trainees build a broader understanding of effective collaboration across borders and cultures while building their own network of colleagues they may continue to collaborate with well into the future.
