Achievement

During this reporting period, survey information gathered from CTS faculty and trainees by SmartStart, our external evaluator, rated CTS project components. The core course Urban Travel Forecasting received the highest possible rating by both students and faculty. This course has a lecture and hands-on laboratory component and builds on the fundamentals of transportation science, emphasizing its high-level computational aspects. Students comment that participation in such courses enables them to communicate with students and faculty from disciplines other then their own.
