Probability mapping research presented at conferences
Andrew Hein, a biology PhD student and fellow in the first cohort, presented his interdisciplinary research on probability mapping and search strategies (see Research Achievements)at the University of Florida Biomathematics Conference (Gainesville, Florida), and at the International Conference on Complex Systems (New England Complex Systems Institute). Recently, he presented his work at the Second Annual QSE3 IGERT Symposium, in Gainesville, Florida. Andrew plans to continue pursuing this work along with his co-advisor in mathematics.
