Achievement

Trainee Jim Moore is currently leading a Photovoltaic Journal Club for students involved in PV research across the campus. Students meet biweekly and discuss a journal article of mutual interest. The students choose the article of interest. This activity has proven to be educational for not only Jim Moore but all other IGERT trainees and associates. They are learning to explore without a formal teacher and from each other. It has proven to be leadership training for Jim Moore and how to be a good team member for others.
