Trainee Sophonie Joseph will serve as a doctoral affiliate for the Earth Institute's Center for Sustainable Urban Development - South Coast Inititaive - Working in Southern Haiti. She will looking at the role of the Haitian Diaspora in Community Based Planning in South Haiti and New York City.
