Achievement

Had students conduct a comparative assessment of two Platte River management actions - the creation of the Kingsley dam in 1935 and the Platte River Recovery Program that is current. Analyses focus on the resilience of the two projects, and the affects of both on the resilience of the watershed. Will be submitted for publication. Class discussions allowed students to share their diverse viewpoints, and better understand each others point of view. Collaboration of the project futhered this.
