Achievement

A course in Organizational Leadership and Project Management for Science Professionals was offered for the first time this year. This course is intended to teach students the leadership and management skills necessary for professional research programs in business, non-profits, nongovernmental organizations, and modern academic settings. The class addresses essential skills needed to link scientific discovery to organizational decision making with an emphasis on cases in business and industry.

Efforts are underway to make this a permanent course offering.
