Trainees conduct fieldwork research in Dominican Republic
Through the Urban Ecology studio first year Trainees and faculty were invited to conduct fieldwork research in the Dominican Republic. Students engaged with government officials, the FUNGLODE organization, as well as local architects, engineers and developers during their stay. The Trainees benefited from their exposure to the culture and development challenges faced by the Dominican Republic, as well as the different perspectives and ideas they were exposed to through their interactions with the variety of stakeholders that they met.
