Trainees submit provisional patent applications
Our IGERT program strongly urges its students to commercialize its research findings and in this past year two trainees, Samira Faegh and Michael Cuccarese, have each submitted provisional patent applications. Cuccarese's application is titled, "Synthesis of Novel Aminoglycosides and Nanoencapsulation". Faegh's application is titled, "Ultrasensitive Microcantilever for Environmental and Biological Sensors" Further details can be found in 'Patent Applications' section of survey.
