Achievement

The project initiated in the NSF IGERT program between trainees Micah Glaz and Brian Goodfellow has resulted in a new project in an NSF Industrial/University Collaborative Research Center (I/UCRC) "Center for Next Generation Photovoltaics" (NSF Grant IIP-1134849). This is a program that involves university and industrial collaborations. The nanoscale photovoltaic imaging project that began with the IGERT students has gained the attention of several industrial patterns in the I/UCRC who selected it as one of the projects to be funded. We are now working to improve the analytical metrics of the method to improve both spatial resolution as well as the combined spectroscopic imaging.
