Achievement

We have developed a new interdisciplinary PhD degree program at Iowa State University in Wind Energy Science, Engineering and Policy (WESEP). There are many checks and balances on developing a new PhD program, in the form of committee approval at the department, college, university, and state levels. We are very close to the end of this sequence of approvals and expect to obtain the last approval from the regents in July.
