Team publishes in special issue of plant science journal
A group of NAU IGERT students and an IGERT associate (D.S. Smith, L. J. Lamit and L. M. Evans) as well as IGERT faculty (T. G. Whitham and C. A. Gehring) incorporated a community genetics perspective into the field of plant-enemy interactions through an article published in a special issue of one of the top plant science journals, Trends in Plant Science. Full citation information: Whitham, T.G., C. A. Gehring, L.J. Lamit, T. Wojtowicz, L.M. Evans, A.R. Keith, D.S. Smith. 2012. Community specificity: the life and afterlife effects of genes.
