Achievement

Several IGERT Trainees and Associates are receiving recognition and awards based on their IGERT research and other collaborative endeavors through their departments, the university, and external organizations. One IGERT Trainee received first place in the environmental area for a poster presentation at the national Office of Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) conference last fall. In the last year, IGERT Trainees and Associates have received honors or awards from external organizations, including Gamma Sigma Delta, Pepsico, and the New York Academy of Sciences.
