Achievement

Trainees participated in workshops developed for EARS IGERT including those on effective use of the university libraries and career pathways. The former workshop was conducted by two Kent State University science librarians. The latter features speakers from a state agency, a local agency as well as two individuals that talked about academic jobs (one a new Assistant Professor and the other a Department Chair). Students also learned tips for CV preparation, career planning, and interviews.
