Trainee organizes workshop on laser microdissection
IGERT trainee Megan LeBlanc organized a small workshop on laser microdissection for herself and fellow graduate students at Virginia Tech. She arranged for a graduate student from Penn State University who has great experience with the technique to lead the workshop for two days at Virginia Tech. LeBlanc’s IGERT training in teamwork and interdisciplinary research contributed to the success of this activity.
