Achievement

High School Nanoscience Program – All trainees volunteered in this outreach program to high school teachers and students. In this program, trainees work in groups to develop a nanoscience experiment that can be done by students in a high school science classroom. This requires trainees to implement cross-discipline experimental activities that can be completed by high school students. This year, the MCTP developed a new experiment on supercapacitors using nanomaterials and offered the content to science teachers for the first time.
