Infrastructure footprint for cities to report greenhouse emissions
Phd graduate Abel Chavez and Professor Ramaswami coauthored a paper on energy policy articulating a transboundary infrastructure supply chain footprint for cities and related it mathematically to other types of footprints (consumption based and territorial).
This infrastructure footprint is now being used by ICLEI USA and BSI London for establishing standards for cities to report on their greenhouse gas emissions.
