Trainee is lead author of cross-disciplinary collaboration
ERIE-IGERT trainee Susan Mackintosh was lead author for a paper entitled "Analytical performance of a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer compared to a high resolution mass spectrometer for the analysis of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in fish," in the journal Analytica Chimica Acta. The paper was noteworthy in that it involved cross-disciplinary (chemistry/biology) collaboration between the University at Buffalo, IGERT partner Buffalo State College, and IGERT international partner Environment Canada.
