Achievement

Many of our IGERT trainees spent time at the Santa Fe Institute this year where they were able to participate in SFI events and meet some of the leading researchers in the field of complex systems including former Nobel-prize recipients. This opportunity, made possible by our IGERT initiative, allows IGERT trainees to present papers to a scholarly audience and gain research experience in the field. Trainees visiting SFI this year include Aaron Bramson, Russell Golman, Dan Katz, and Kate Anderson.
