Achievement

In response to perceived need for additional mentoring on navigating the graduate experience, including course selection, advising, balancing personal and professional responsibilities, Heather Huntsman a second year IGERT trainee organized other current and former IGERT trainees to provide peer mentoring to newer trainees. This activity will commence formally at the 2013 Summer Institute and will be instituted as a regular part of the IGERT program.
