Achievement

One of our IGERT trainees, Conrad Donovan, completed his PhD this past year. During the course of his training Conrad pursued not only his research interests but also his entrepreneurial skills. He took one semester off from the university to start up a company, and returned to the company after completing his degree. His company, which utilizes a diversity of technical skills, is thriving under his leadership and is leaving Conrad with time to pursue new research directions as well.
