IGERT helps students gain new knowledge in many different areas
Through formal evaluation, IGERT students in Environmental Science and Economics report that IGERT helped them gain new knowledge in 5 different areas including biology, chemistry, environmental economics, physics, and technology business planning. The IGERT students in Chemistry/Biochemistry report a gain in knowledge in 11 different areas through participating in IGERT including, biology, density functional theory, materials science, product development, semiconductor physics, and physical chemistry.
