One of the Trainees, Rimma Pivovarov, presented the poster on Analysis of Time Series Laboratory Data with Empirical Orthogonal Functions to Quantify Temporally-Dependent Salience with IGERT faculty advisor, Noemie Elhadad at the 2013 AMIA Translational Bioinformatics Conference on March 18-20 in San Francisco CA. She also presented a talk on her research with Prof. Elhadad, “Enabling EHR research with precise cohort definition”, at Biomedical Informatics class for 4th Year Medical Students on February 26, 2013 in New York NY.
