Achievement

Coordinated by University of Oregon physicist Richard P. Taylor, an international collaboration between the MSI at the University of Oregon and New Zealand’s equivalent institute - the MacDiarmid Institute For Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology - has broadened the scientific experience of this projects IGERT students. In additional to pooling expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, this international collaboration has exposed students to different research and educational programs. The collaboration has also lead to students giving presentations at international conferences.
