Achievement

We achieved a major education achievement during the last year. Specifically, the success of our IGERT training led to the creation and administrative approval of a new graduate option, administered out of the Social Science division of Caltech. Students in this option will receive a PhD in Behavioral and Social Neuroscience. To our knowledge, this is the first graduate option of its kind in the world. The creation of a new option will provide more visibility for our IGERT, aiding in recruitment and in providing a superb institutional structure for our IGERT fellows and associates.
