Achievement

We made some minor adjustments to our series of professional development seminars, based on feedback from trainees at the end of last summer, and the new events have been well received. Topics have included: a panel of early-career faculty, discussing their transitions from graduate school to post-doc to tenure-track faculty; electronic resources for graduate and post-doc fellowships, research funding, social networking, etc; and an upcoming workshop will cover time management skills.
