Moving towards joing presentations at team meetings
In line with our multidisciplinary teamwork, we have been moving towards more joint presentations during our Systems Biology and team meetings. Michael Lawson, Department of Biomolecular Science and Engineering and Brian Drawert, Department of Computer Science presented their work on "Model Development for Polarization in Mating S. Cerevisiae". Associates Hong Li, Department of Computer Science and Allison Kolpas, Department of Mathematics presented their work on Parallel Simulation for a Fish Schooling Model on a Graphics Processing Unit and Kevin Sanft, Department of Computer Science and Hong Li discussed "A Constant-time and a Parallel Stochastic Simulation Algorithms", each sharing their area of proficiency.
