Cambridge scholar works as informal advisor
With support from Columbia University, we brought Sir Partha Dasgupta (Economics, Cambridge University) to Columbia to meet with students about their work. They sent him their papers in advance and he worked extensively with them. We plan to continue this tradition in the future, and he will act as an informal advisor to IGERT students.
