Mentor Carlos Simmerling and 3MT trainees in his lab (Campbell, Bergonzo) mentored high school InStar student Ruoyi Jiang who became the individual Grand Prize winner in the prestigious nationwide 2009 Siemens Competition in Math, Science & Technology.
