Team building and leadership workshop
The trainees and the 3MT PI participated in a two-day, hands-on, workshop on team building. The workshop was led by an instructor who teaches team building and leadership in the College of Business at Stony Brook. Students used an on-line assessment tool to determine their role in teams and areas they can work on to improve their team building activities and overall team performance.
