IGERT PI Accepts Fulbright Grant as Distinguished Lectureship
Description
Dr. Keffer has accepted a Fulbright grant as a “Distinguished Lectureship” in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Yonsei University in Seoul Korea. This project is titled, “The Search for Sustainability in Seoul”. The Fulbright grant was written with Dr. Keffer’s role in the STAIR IGERT at UT in mind. The purpose of this grant is to develop new international and urban perspectives on sustainability and to develop a new research area in carbon sequestration that can be brought back to strengthen the STAIR IGERT at UT. The grant lasts 10 months, beginning Sept 1, 2010.
The STAIR IGERT at UT is managed by a team. This team includes Dr. Keffer (PI), Dr. Paul Frymier (co-PI), Dr. Claudia Rawn (co-PI) and Ms. Jane Breder (program coordinator). During his absence, Dr. Paul Frymier will assume the role of PI and lead in the management of the team.
